1 Road 2 Directions
Two mayors of neighboring Paris suburbs caused commuter chaos when both of them declared a street they share one-way, but in different directions. Police were called in to direct traffic and calm road rage on D909, which goes one way in Levallois-Perret, and the opposite direction in neighboring Clichy-la-Garenne. Clichy has been ordered to make its part of the road two way, but the mayor is appealing that decision.

Technicians in Rockford, Illinois faced this dilemma when they lifted a car on their ramp and discovered a pipe bomb attached to the exhaust.
What did they do? They took it off and put it in a bucket of water BEFORE calling the Police!!!
The Whole Block was cordened off for several hours whilst the device was made safe.
